At OQQ, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your OQQ items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
